AFK Journey Snow Stomper team and guide

The Snow Stomper is a Dream Realm Elite Boss in AFK Journey. As the name implies, it leans on snow-related spells to leave its foes on ice. I guess it could also imply that it is something that stomps on snow, but I digress. Here’s how to beat it.

I will note right away that your team composition is going to heavily rely on what you have acquired throughout the course of the game. If you don’t have a particular character, you can check out our tier list for substitutes. Likewise, if you have a hero that towers in rank above the rest, you may consider them slotting them in to cover their particular role, as there’s a good chance that they’ll be more effective regardless of who they are.

Best team composition for Snow Stomper

The best team you can put together for the Snow Stomper is one that deals out high DPS. This not only means characters that have high DPS, but also character that can improve the DPS of others or lower the defenses of the boss.

With that in mind, generally, the ideal make-up would be something along the lines of:

• Thoran
• Marilee
• Odie
• Kruger
• Rhys

In this make-up, Marilee and Odie deal out the bulk of the damage, Thoran handles sponging up damage (and DPS), Kruger is the aforementioned debuffer, and Rhys is “sub-DPS” or a character that has average DPS but makes up for that with their skills.

As I mentioned, you can choose alternatives from other characters that you’ve leveled up to a higher ranking or if you just prefer them.

What skills does Snow Stomper have?

As mentioned, the Snow Stomper wields ice/snow attacks. It has five different attacks

• Yeti Cell (Ultimate): This move will turn one of your heroes into a snowman. While captive, they cannot attack and will continually take damage.
• Blizzard: This storm will silence all of your heroes for 20 seconds. The Snow Stomper will use this at the 10, 40, and 70 second marks in the battle.
• Tearing Bite: This is a straightforward attack that will damage one of your heroes for 5% of its maximum HP.
• Snowball: This attacks your healthiest hero and knocks them down for 1 second.
• Frost: Deals three waves of damage to all of your heroes that are directly in front of it.
