Amanda the Adventurer is a puzzle game with a lot of creepy vibes. In order to complete all the puzzles and see all of Amanda the Adventurer‘s endings, players will have to unlock several secret tapes. The first one they can get is the Orange Tape, which is hidden in the “In the Kitchen” Tape, the first tape players have access to. In this tape, players are instructed on how to make an apple pie, but there is one line in the video that hints at a different kind of pie to make: a peach pie, which is Wooly’s favorite kind.
Making Pies in Amanda the Adventurer
In this indie game, the In The Kitchen Tape is all about making pies; Amanda instructs players on the temperature, time, and how to put together the pie to bake it correctly. She notes that in order for the pie to be perfect, players will need to preheat the oven to 425 degrees, put the apple into the pie tin, then bake for 40 minutes. After the In The Kitchen Tape is complete, an oven will appear on the table in the center of the attic.
On one side of the oven is a collection of fruit, including the apple needed to make the apple pie from the video. But if players were listening closely, Wooly wanted a peach pie. Unfortunately, there are no peaches on this side of the oven.
Where to Find the Peach in Amanda the Adventurer
Anyone looking to unlock all the secret tapes in Amanda the Adventurer must find this elusive peach and make a pie with it. Thankfully, the peach is very close by; look on the shelf near where the oven is stored when not on the table.
The peach can be found hidden behind the boxes. It’s pretty dark back there, so players might have to turn the brightness up a little to see it. Pick it up and bring it back to the oven.
Amanda The Adventurer’s Peach Pie Recipe
Players of this successful indie game need to follow the instructions for making an apple pie to create the peach one. Set the oven to 425, put the peach in the pie tin, set the pie tin in the oven, set the timer to 40 minutes, then close the oven door.
Unlike when the apple pie is done, the oven will toss the peach and pie plate back out of the oven along with the secret Orange Tape.
Players can then pick up the Orange Tape and watch it, or make an apple pie as normal and move on to the Clock Puzzles in Amanda the Adventurer.
