Dragon's Dogma 2 Diviner's Salon guide

If you’re like me, the term Salon in Diviner’s Salon in Dragon’s Dogma 2 might have you thinking it’s a place to get a haircut. However, that’s not the case. The Diviner’s Salon in Dragon’s Dogma 2 serves a very important purpose and can actually help you progress through the game if you get stuck.

What is the Diviner’s Salon?

The Diviner’s Salon in Dragon’s Dogma 2 is essentially a fortune teller that can tell you what you need to do to progress the state of your game further. If you visit the Diviner’s Salon you can pay a small fee of 50G to get your fortune.

Your fortune is actually very useful, as it will tell you where you need to go next in order to progress your current main quest in Dragon’s Dogma 2. For example, if you need to find something in the Slums in Vernworth in order to progress your main quest, the Diviner’s Salon fortune will say something about visiting the Slums.

Overall it’s a great way to know how to proceed if you get stuck at any point in Dragon’s Dogma 2 which is very easy to do. In such a massively open-world game it’s easy to not know where you need to proceed, at which point you should visit the Diviner’s Salon. Especially because 50G is barely any amount of money at all in Dragon’s Dogma 2.

Where is the Diviner’s Salon?

You can find the Diviner’s Salon in between the Merchant Quarter, the Noble Quarter, and the Slums in the main city of Vernworth. If you look at the screenshot above it will show you exactly where you can go to find the Diviner’s Salon. It appears this is the only Diviner’s Salon location in Dragon’s Dogma 2, as I have not found one in all of Battahl.

The Diviner’s Salon location seems static as well, as Ursula is available to give the player guidance all hours of the day, morning or night. I highly recommend visiting her anytime you get stuck as at 50G it’s a really easy way to know where to go next!
