Honkai Star Rail: How To Restart The Terminal And Repair The Shifting Screen (Omniscient Inquiry Of Arcana Quest)

After reaching Xianzhou Luofu and once again being treated like the bad guy in Honkai: Star Rail, players will soon find themselves in arrangements with General Jing Yuan and the Divination Commission. As a reward for capturing Kafka, Jing Yuan stays true to his word and allows the Trailblazer to talk to the Stellaron Hunter in the Matrix of Prescience.

However, before players get to speak with Kafka, they obviously need to do some chores for Fu Xuan first. This time, Honkai: Star Rail Trailblazers are tasked to restart the Matrix of Prescience’s three Base Terminals in the Omniscient Inquiry of Arcana quest.

Restart The Temporal Terminal In Honkai Star Rail

To restart the Temporal Terminal in Honkai: Star Rail Omniscient Inquiry Of Arcana quest, players must ensure the platform matches the shape in front of it. In the first puzzle, Trailblazers must form a triangle, which can be done by moving the middle object to the southwest, and the southeast object to the east.

Restart The Karma Terminal In Honkai Star Rail

Before players can restart the Karma Terminal, they must first repair a Shifting Screen in Honkai: Star Rail. To solve the Abacus Circuitry puzzle, players simply have to:

1. Press on the upper green button, then move the 5 symbol northeast
2. Use the lower green button, then move the 5 symbol northwest, which will also place the other symbol where it belongs

Now, to solve the Karma Terminal puzzle, players have to:

1. Move the object on the bottom-left to the southeast
2. Carry the object on the bottom-right to the southwest

Restart The Spatial Terminal In Honkai Star Rail

The Shifting Screen Abacus Circuitry puzzle for the Spatial Terminal can be solved through the following steps:

1. Press the upper green button and move the symbols to the left once
2. Press the lower button and move the second symbol to its place
3. Return to the upper button and rotate the 5 symbol to the target spot

To restart the Spatial Terminal in Honkai: Star Rail Omniscient Inquiry Of Arcana quest, players need to move the top-left object to the bottom-left, and the bottom-right to the right.

After restarting all the terminals, return to Fu Xuan who will finally bring Kafka out. In a cutscene, she uses the Matrix of Prescience to figure out Kafka’s plan and intention, and she’s incredibly shocked to learn the truth. Fu Xuan couldn’t believe what she just found out, but she believes that the Matrix of Prescience can’t be wrong, which causes her to report to General Jing Yuan immediately.

The sage also allows the Trailblazer to speak to Kafka while she’s gone, and players can finally get some answers for everything that happened to them. However, don’t expect it to be a light conversation as a massive lore drop is coming in this section of the quest.
