These guys are always on the ground floor of the Space Station, positioned between the dock and the Starship customization computers. You can buy new modules from this vendor for both Nanites and Units, depending on the quality of what you’re buying.

To sell and scrap Starships in No Man’s Sky, you need to visit the Starship Outfitting computer on any Space Station. Once it’s booted up, select the option to scan for salvageable parts. This will then offer you two options. Either claim the scrap price for your ship or destroy it and extract the customization module. That module can be used to build a new Starship, but consider your options wisely because this will destroy the Starship forever.
