You will want to take advantage of Mega Gengar’s presence in Raids, providing you with several in-game rewards, most notably Gengar Mega Energy, a resource used to Mega Evolve a Gengar of your own. Due to the difficulty of this Raid, it is essential that you assemble your Raid team with Mega Gengar’s specific strengths and weaknesses in mind. Mega Gengar is extremely resistant to several different types of attacks, including Grass, Fairy, Normal, Poison, Bug, and Fighting-type attacks, so make sure to avoid using Pokemon that possess this attack type.
