Nintendo has revealed a new line of merchandise based on The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom. The new Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom items, which include apparel, accessories and novelties, are available in Japan via Nintendo’s online store, as well as stocked physically in Nintendo’s superstores in Tokyo, Osaka, and Kyoto.
The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom continues to fascinate fans and newcomers. As with its predecessor, Breath of the Wild, players treat the world of Hyrule as a massive sandbox, using the game’s refined building mechanics to create their own gadgets and structures. Some players have even spent hundreds of hours in Tears of the Kingdom, turning their “Hero’s Path” travel histories into accidental works of art.

A creative Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom shares their latest creation, a motorcycle with flame emitters that makes Link roam through Hyrule with class.
That kind of devotion inspires enthusiastic expressions of fandom, and one option for that outlet is through merchandising purchases. Nintendo’s latest line of merchandise illustrates that, incorporating both practical and decorative items designed to give Tears of the Kingdom fans some stylish objects that cleverly reference in-game elements like the Zonai culture and iconography.

Nintendo announced the line’s availability on April 26, 2024, via the Nintendo Official Store social media accounts. Sold primarily though the company’s online store and physical retail outlets in Japan at this time, there is a chance that the items may make their way overseas to other Nintendo online and physical stores, just as pre-release Tears of the Kingdom merchandise is available at Nintendo NYC, the company’s store in New York.
The merchandise line itself includes items ranging in price from 880 Yen (about $5.60 USD) for luminescent sticker sheets resembling Zonai carvings and patterns to 11,000 Yen (about $70 USD) for a full set of replica Secret Stones. One other highlight is a small floor rug patterned after the iconic Zonai Wing device.
Several of the novelty accessories carry clever references to Tears of the Kingdom mechanics and in-game items. The store stocks keychain miniature recreations of a President Hudson Sign, and a Bokoblin treasure chest with eyes that glow in the dark. A small purse perfectly recreates the in-game Bomb Flower pod, and there are even two different bags based on the Tears of the Kingdom traveling Koroks: A mini-pouch and an expandable tote that can be stored in a mini Korok backpack. Apparel items include a long-sleeved shirt with a glowing pattern on the right arm that evokes Link’s magical prosthetic arm from the game, and a Zonai-pattern necktie.
It’s exciting to see a new round of official Tears of the Kingdom merchandise make its way to store shelves. Nintendo has shown a keen eye for unique design when it comes to its merchandise, and many items look great and evoke the spirit of the company’s games.
The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom
The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom is the sequel to the beloved open-world adventure, The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. This installment once again sees Link and Zelda battling to protect Hyrule from falling to Ganondorf. This new adventure takes place in the same land of Hyrule as Breath of the Wild but sees something called the Upheaval, which allows link to travel to Sky Islands, as well as deep into the Depths beneath Hyrule. Players can use special abilities to fuse together weapons, and build items to help them progress through the release.
